Operation Tail Wag - Refunds and Return Policy

1. Donations
All donations made to Operation Tail Wag are final and non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, donations are used to support our mission of providing care for military pets, and once funds are allocated, they cannot be returned. If you have made an error in your donation, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for errors will be at the sole discretion of Operation Tail Wag.

2. Merchandise Purchases
If you purchase merchandise from Operation Tail Wag (such as branded apparel or products sold to support our cause), the following return and refund policy applies:

Returns: Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase if it is in new, unused, and resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at  operationtailwag330@gmail.com , with your order details. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges: We are happy to exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item with the same or similar product of equal value.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for return shipping.

3. Event Registrations
If you register for an event hosted by Operation Tail Wag and can no longer attend, refunds may be requested up to 7 days before the event date. After that, all registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued. In certain circumstances, event fees may be transferred to another attendee at no additional charge.

4. Foster Care and Pet Services
Operation Tail Wag does not charge fees for foster care or pet services provided to military personnel, until the start of the fifth month. Therefore, there are no refunds applicable for these services. However, if any donations were made in connection to these services and an error was made, we may review the situation as outlined in the Donations section above.
