Operation Tail Wag - Shipping Policy

At Operation Tail Wag, we strive to ensure that your merchandise reaches you as quickly as possible while supporting our mission of caring for military pets. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processes and what to expect with your order.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship merchandise within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working to expand our services in the future.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs will vary based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. During the checkout process, you will be provided with an estimated shipping cost and delivery timeframe. We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping (10-14 business days)
Expedited Shipping (7-10 business days)
Priority Shipping (3-5 business days)

Please note that shipping times do not include order processing times, which generally take 1-3 business days.

3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.

4. Shipping Rewards Program
We appreciate your support of Operation Tail Wag, and we want to give back with our Shipping Rewards Program. Here’s how it works:

Free Standard Shipping: If you opt for an extended delivery time of 10-15 business days instead of standard shipping, we will reward you with free shipping on your order. This option helps us reduce costs and allocate more resources to caring for military pets.
Future Discount: Choose the extended shipping option and, as a thank-you, we’ll send you a discount code for 10% off your next purchase.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@operationtailwag.org. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress and estimated delivery date.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to info@operationtailwag.org with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will work to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or refund.

8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the United States at this time. Additionally, certain oversized items may not be eligible for expedited shipping.
